To provide our services efficiently, we may collect basic details such as your name, email, website name, and location data. This allows us to configure servers correctly based on regional requirements and communicate effectively. As explicitly stated in our Privacy Policy, we will never ever share your data with anyone.
3. Strict Confidentiality
All communications are privileged. If we chat via WhatsApp, Slack, or email, our conversation is totally secured. I will never share our chat history or any business logic discussed. Your infrastructure details are treated with the highest level of security.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access to necessary servers, hosting accounts, and domain registrars as required for us to perform the agreed-upon services. We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of access to necessary infrastructure.
5. Payments and Escrow
Payments for services are handled transparently. We prefer using trusted escrow services like Upwork to ensure both parties are fully protected. Payment terms, including recurring maintenance fees, will be outlined clearly before any work begins.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for absolute perfection and implement enterprise-grade security, Web Cares Pro shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services. We back up data rigorously, but ultimate responsibility for business continuity remains with the client.
